Satisfied Clients

Here are a few words of appreciation from some of our clients

The reason we want to be out of our timeshare is ‘worry’. We worry we will not be able to afford the maintenance, and worry as we cannot use it anymore through bad health. We try to exchange to holidays in this country, but they charge extra and there is never any availability. When we were called by a company regarding the timeshare, we decided to come along and see how you could help. The person we spoke to was very nice and did not rush through things, so we knew a bit before the meeting, which was helpful.

We have tried previously to get out of our timeshare, but regrettably we were unsuccessful. We were never able to travel when we wanted because I was a teacher, and tied to school holidays. Also, in order to get any exchanges with RCI, you had to book a year in advance, which was no good to us, as we were never that organised. Sadly, if you don’t use your weeks you lose them, on top of this the maintenance fees are going up each year. But, really for us, more importantly, the Perpetuity Clause means our kids would be left to deal with it, and we definitely don’t want that.

We are very interested in the compensation side as we owned our timeshare for 12 years and we never used it due to various illnesses. We contacted our resort and initially were told we could not get out of the contract, eventually through numerous Drs letters we were able to hand it back, however we lost a substantial amount of money due to the initial purchase cost and all the maintenance fees we had previously paid and we are pleased someone can help.

We filled out a survey on line, and someone called us. We need to get rid of the timeshare. If it was what we paid for, we would be happy, unfortunately, it is not fit for our purposes anymore. The apartment we viewed was not the apartment we were given. It’s like buying a house, then being given a tent to live in! The maintenance does not fit the work carried out, nor assist us in any way when we are there. After seeing the cost of resale’s on line, or lack of, we think this way is the only way forward.

Mr Maycock, Buxton

We bought our timeshare about 8 years ago, and have only used it twice. It hasn’t been quite as they lead us to believe when we bought it, we thought we could have cruises and holiday all over the world. Also, the maintenance fees are going up and up each year, we could possibly book a holiday, including flights, for the same cost.

I was reading a magazine in the dentist’s waiting room and saw your advert. We had been sold a product in Tenerife complete with a promise to be able to sell if we wanted to. As you can imagine, when we wanted out, the offer was not there anymore. We decided to come see what was on offer here, as we don’t use the timeshare any more. Wayne gave our options in a very professional manner. There was no pressure on us, so we made the decision to go ahead. Everyone has been very helpful.

We found the meeting very good, excellent in fact. All questions have been answered so far, everyone is very pleasant, and it was presented in a good way. We are pleased, because we have never used our timeshare.

We are unhappy with the way we were sold our timeshare, they used very pushy sales tactics and every time we visit it’s the same push, push, push for another sale. We saw timesharecompensation.co.uk advertised on the internet and felt it was time for us to get out

Mr Thacker, Dagenham Essex

The advisor at the meeting was very knowledgeable regarding my timeshare that I owned, which gave me peace of mind from the very start. We had a few laughs too, something you wouldn’t expect from a timeshare exit meeting, but it made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The outcome was better than I ever expected it to be. To be exited out of my timeshare is going to be a huge relief. Thank you

I owned for a long time in Beverly Hills Club, and I really loved it there, but suddenly I was told I had to give up my week as they had sold the apartment. They changed my week to Hollywood Mirage, seemingly an upgrade, and although it is very nice, I much preferred where I was. They have changed so much without consulting the owners. I did ask them a while ago to take my week back, but they refused, and now this happens.

We knew we were being told something, as I saw the advert on Facebook and William saw it in the newspaper. All the usual reasons for wanting to be out of the timeshare, maintenance, health, retirement & perpetuity. The boys, I say boys, they are grown with children of their own, want nothing to do with it. Basically, decisions had to be made, so here we are. People have been helpful, absolutely lovely to be honest. All our questions have been answered, and we have peace of mind, that professionals are helping

Now my husband has passed away, going on holiday on my own is not really an option. Plus, I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the maintenance anymore. I saw an advert in the People’s Friend and called. Everyone was so helpful, and even encouraged me to bring someone with me, so I was not on my own. I was talked through the whole process and everything was made so clear and gave me real peace of mind I would recommend Andrew Lewis to anybody who is looking to get out of their timeshare.
